It was unbelievable!! I was searching for an Ambulance service online for interstate non-emergency transportation when I came across ACC MedLink. The lady who picked up the phone to provide me with information regarding the services was courteous and prompt by sending this to my email. The Ambulance service and crew (a critical care Nurse and two drivers) were very professional. The vehicle was roomy, comfortable and convenient. Right from the first phone call we were so impressed - the lady,(sorry can't remember her name) she took ownership and helped us figure out what we needed. The crew was wonderful and my brother was so happy with how they took care of him. Outstanding!!!

Thank you for the great service your company provided my mom and I, this week, moving mom from Citrus County Florida to Fredericksburg, Virginia. Moms about to turn 86 and not in good health with mobility issues following a stroke last December. Your crew (Dori, Shaun, and Leslie) were fantastic. Overall was a great experience and I'm eternally grateful that this service exists. I had been trying for 4.5 years to get my parents down to GA from NJ. My mother cannot fly and I didn't feel comfortable driving her myself (as I'm not a medical professional). Thank you!

Jan was an excellent nurse. She was attentive to my husband the entire trip and took outstanding care of him, as well as helping me with any needs I had. She was also very encouraging to both of us and pleasant to converse & travel with.
