I cannot say enough about the three professionals who provided transport service for my mother and me from Columbia MD to Boca Raton FL over the last 2 days. They deposited us about an hour ago and I wanted to share my thoughts immediately. 1. Leslie and the two drivers were very helpful and professional. We were very pleased with the service. The only minor issue (and this can be left out of a public review but for the company�s information) was that the time estimate was around 15 hours. Given that the crew doesn�t want the patient to leave the van, I knew they wouldn�t be spending an hour at any stops. The crew was professional and did an excellent job of getting my mother-in-law to her destination! I would've rated this a 5 star but the food that was ordered and picked up along the way wasn't the best for any of us little own my mother-in-law. It would have also been nice to know ahead of time what the crew would pay for along the way (snacks, drinks, etc). I wasn't expecting them to buy these things, but it was a pleasant surprise!
