Everyone was great. CarolAnne provided excellent customer service, was very pleasant, helpful, and was great explaining everything to me during a very stressful time. We honestly went with ACC Medlink because of this. The nurse and driver were excellent on the transport. My mom was very comfortable and well taken care of. It's worth it for your loved one's safety.
The team was early and very professional! Nurse was great and answered all my calls. Drivers were great! Overall a very good experience from coordinating with Rhonda to the 3 men that transported my father across the country! He has a major brain injury so I was extremely nervous and the process was great!!!! Thanks to all of them!!!!!!!
When the crew arrived at the drop-off facility, there was a truck delivering a bed in the way. They had to move to a different entrance and then wait as it turned out to be the bed for the patient. Very much appreciate their patience and help! Also, my aunt requested "hunky" drivers and I hear that they did not disappoint. Ha!
