Tricia; John and Kay were all very friendly and kind. They were always right there to assist me every time I was in and out of the van. Even though there were plenty of people they were all still ready to help me; catch me or whatever was needed. Tricia went over and above when it came to my bathroom needs. I would definitely recommend this crew to any considering this transportation.

When bad things happen in this world it is such a comfort that there are companies like ACC MEDLINK there to help. I am still thinking I am in a dream on how well this went. I want to thank all of you from the setting up of the van to the drivers and medical folks. Staff was amazing. I'm from California and went to check on my parents in Nevada, both in their 80's. My mom was sick and had been bedridden. Mom ended up in the hospital with pneumonia and my 3 night stay turned into a 3 week ordeal of trying to get my parents back to my home to care for them. I can't thank the entire team enough. We were in crisis management and planning and this group from schedulers to drivers to nurses were unbelievably amazing.
