My father was quite happy on his journey. They were very good about his special diet and keeping up checking his vitals. They were all very friendly and made the ride seem not as long as 12 hours.

I wanted to acknowledge the other crew member as well, but I didn't catch his name and accidentally misplaced the comment card with their names. All three crew members were incredibly helpful and caring toward my mother (patient) and I. It was a smooth ride and I'm very thankful for their assistance.

All was great. Called Michael about 3 1/2 hours after they left for the destination and my mom was doing good and had just fallen asleep. Again, I spoke with him after they took her into the new facility, and she was doing fine. Thank you!

According to the passengers, my Dad and his wife, the transport was awesome. Chris and the drivers did an excellent job and took good care of them on the overnight transport. Would definitely recommend ACC Medlink.

We didn't know how we were going to transport my mother from Miami to VA for our move and then ACC Medlink was recommended to us. We are so happy with the service and efficiency of the transport. We used you to transport Mom from Arlington Hts IL to Waukee IA. My sister was able to ride along. Very satisfied and would highly recommend. Crew was great!
