The crew arrived at least a half hour before the designated departure time to handle paperwork and to load the wheelchair and my mother's other personal items. They were efficient, helpful and courteous. They had my mother on board fifteen minutes before the scheduled departure time. I was able to spend some time with my mother for the first time in weeks since the COVID-19 visitation restrictions were in place at nursing homes. This was a great experience. We, my husband (the patient) and myself and our 24 pound dog were comfortable for the entire 11 hour trip. The crew was courteous, considerate and watchful of our physical needs. We are so grateful to be home and we are here because AAA MedLink brought us home.
