We recently moved my 97 year old Mom from Florida to Georgia. The office and transportation personnel were competent, helpful, and very supportive. The entire trip went off like clock work. The drivers and nurse onboard could not have been kinder to my Mom. The company provides a very cost effective solution to the extraordinarily difficult challenge of transporting elderly and/or compromised people over long distances.

Our experience with ACC Medlink was excellent. I apologize that I may not have remembered names accurately of each person I spoke with but from start to finish everyone we spoke with was courteous and professional. There was great communication about what to expect and it all came together as promised. We even had to make a slight destination address change at the last minute and I believe it was Evelyn(?) gladly made the adjustment. I was very nervous about the 25 hour trip from Maryland to Texas. The crew members placed me at ease as soon as they greeted me and my mother in Maryland. During the entire trip, the crew was professional and attended to my needs and my mother's health care needs. I would recommend this company for anyone needing long distance medical transport. A company that is prides itself on helping customers.

Service was impeccable. Pick up on time and notifications along the route between states went smoothly and according to plan. I felt very reassured for the transport of my elderly parent with dementia. Coordination between hospital, senior living facility and transport was excellent! I was told to relax and ACCMedlink would take care if everything and they did! I cannot say enough good things about your service and staff!
