I had planned to move my Mom across country (CT to CA), nursing home to nursing home in early March. I had to abruptly cancel at the last minute due to COVID and we thought the transfer could never be realized. This was a very difficult situation with our relative being out of state and not able to communicate due to a stroke. Not to mention the obstacles of COVID. The coordinators were amazing: Informative, reliable always answering the phone. Was given a quote for services; I considered it to be extremely reasonable, especially due to the distance and timing. I would have expected far more than quoted. Thank you all for such an outstanding service. I would recommend ACC Medlink to everyone.

Truly a perfect option for my mom. She couldn't fly from Florida to Maryland. She is perfectly healthy but we did not want her to have any exposure to COVID-19. Thank you for an awesome experience
