Families face very difficult circumstances when they need to transport an elderly member of the family a long distance. The entire experience from initial contact over the web to the phone calls, pick up to drop off was EXCELLENT!! The entire operation is professional, courteous and personable. I couldn't believe how great they handled both my dad who went from Florida to NJ with a TBI to my mom who traveled with him.
