The entire experience was exceptional. We needed a long distance medical transport unexpectedly and were trying to coordinate between a hospital discharge in one state and a transport to skilled nursing in another. Not only did they accommodate our needs, they helped through a tricky timing process. The crew was wonderful!!! The pre-transport process was painless. we had to reschedule once and ACC did it without question or fee. The crew was professional, showed up on time and had all necessary supplies and meals on board. A great experience overall.
The drivers were professional and skilled. The onboard nurse was kind. Our only discomfort was the cold temperature in the vehicle but that may have been on purpose to help the drivers stay alert on the 15 hour drive. They had to change route due to road closure because of high winds but we felt safe and arrived at our final destination on time.
Gracious, informative phone staff. Transport staff friendly and experienced with long distance driving. Nurse cared for my mom with not always pleasant situations, staying awake to monitor my mother.

AccMedlink employees are professional and courteous with every contact. Expensive, yes, but the gals doing the transport coordinating do the hard part, setting up the transfer on both ends. I would not hesitate recommending anyone to use them. This transfer for 375 miles and worth every penny to bring my sister back home!
Fave did excellent job in handling vehicle and patient. Jan was the Nurse and related well to patient. We had a very good experience and would use them again in a heart beat
I'm the patient's father and paid for the transport. He said everything was very fine. From my end of the process everyone and everything went as expected. Definitely would recommend and use this service again if an occasion arose. Thanks so much for taking care of my son.
