Agreed on pool heater install with employee named Noee and they never showed for the appointment and never even called. I made it clear we needed it done before a big party or else I needed to use a different company! Noee said no problem, I rescheduled and can you believe they didn't show AGAIN!!!! No call AGAIN!! Ridiculous. I have since left messages for not only Noee but 2 other employees and have never received a call back. Took off work for both appts and they were a no show both times!
