Access heating cooling and plumbing knows what they’re doing.Tyson Stucki came out and serviced my heating air conditioning system. He is very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Professional in appearance and interaction. Prices are reasonable company is easy to deal with. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
Bought a house in September of 2023. During the winter of 2024 I noticed a very unusual noise from the unit during the defrost cycle. August of 2025 Andy was dispatched to trouble shoot the issue. At first it was thought to be the reversing valve. Andy dug a little deeper and found the refrigerant a tad low. They could have upcharged me the couple thousand dollars to do the reversing valve but instead sold me on topping off the refrigerant for a few hundred. Service date Oct 7, 2025 Bait & switch with no work actually done to unit! A “tune-up” (they call it) is actually an inspection, but they don’t tell you that! I specifically asked for filter to be changed due to remodel. I received these pics today from an honest HVAC company. Nothing had been done but Access was quick to send me a $149 bill for a $29.99 “tune-up”! Now the worse part! Sent invoice for almost $4k for repairs that it didn’t need! From the initial call to the service they were exceptional. Esai was very pleasant and got us on the schedule timely. He continued to advise the status of our appointment. Chace was very professional, explained the problem and fixed it getting heat back into our house. Extremely satisfied experience.
