Access heating cooling and plumbing knows what they’re doing.Tyson Stucki came out and serviced my heating air conditioning system. He is very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Professional in appearance and interaction. Prices are reasonable company is easy to deal with. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
Service date Oct 7, 2025 Bait & switch with no work actually done to unit! A “tune-up” (they call it) is actually an inspection, but they don’t tell you that! I specifically asked for filter to be changed due to remodel. I received these pics today from an honest HVAC company. Nothing had been done but Access was quick to send me a $149 bill for a $29.99 “tune-up”! Now the worse part! Sent invoice for almost $4k for repairs that it didn’t need! From the initial call to the service they were exceptional. Esai was very pleasant and got us on the schedule timely. He continued to advise the status of our appointment. Chace was very professional, explained the problem and fixed it getting heat back into our house. Extremely satisfied experience.
We contacted Access for a plumbing emergency right before Christmas. They came over within a few minutes and after diagnosing the problem the service man recommended a solution to the problem and quickly resolved our issue.
