First time I’ve seen Dr. Kaufman. I’ve been seeing Dr. Santoro for almost 18 years. He was the most compassionate, helpful, amazing doctor ever. One visit with Dr. Kaufman and I will NEVER go back. Rude, condescending and completely offensive with a horrible bedside manner! He’s a horrible human being. Do not believe a word in his bio on the website. It’s all lies. There’s not a compassionate bone in his body.
I have been going to Dr. Kaufmann for about 8-9 years since I moved here from Florida. He was "OK" during that time I received colonoscopies, an endoscopy & several visits for other gastro issues. A month ago I made an appointment because my bloodwork came back with serious liver issues & I scheduled his first available which was 1 month away.
