Mickey arrived, introduced himself, took his shoes off and immediately walked on my kitchen floor, assessing why it was crackling when I walked on it. Vinyl plank 3 year old floor is over concrete slab. Due to the extreme , dry, cold winter, it appears floors contract in cold. Mickey stayed floors relax and expand in warmer temps. I was so relieved to hear his analysis. I chose not to do anything to my floor at this time. I will consult with this company when ready to do several more projects. I appreciate his honesty !

Mickey was very responsive when I called about my rental, which had possible lingering wetness in the ceiling from a leaked jet in the bathroom above. After reviewing he contacted me, and honestly assured me it was dry. Since it was a fairly quick find, he didn't charge me for the visit, which was I so appreciated. Highly recommend!
