Spoke to John A. about getting an estimate to relevel a home. He took my info and stated someone would contact me. 2 days later i had to call to get someone to schedule an appointment for inspection. Day of inspection…no one would answer phone at office, John wouldn't respond by text or phone call, and no one showed up. Hmmmm…not sure how people can stay in business and gave good reviews if they operate like this. I would recommend others to contact a different company for repairs other than Accurate.

Accurate has done substantial foundation work on 2 of our homes in the last year. John provided a wealth of knowledge about the state of our crawlspaces including video documentation. For both houses, the crew started on time and worked hard until the job was finished. There was a dramatic difference in the “feel” of our homes after they were done, and it was obvious they paid attention to every detail. Very satisfied, and would definitely recommend.

They talked a good game and gave a great presentation, however the work was and is horrible. I paid thousands of dollars to get my house foundation fixed and leveled. This was not done even after we had to get them back out here twice to try and fix it. I now have to go with a different company to fix what accurate shoring couldn't.

House still isn't level .John definitely a salesman he did a house for my 92yo marine vet neighbor that cost a little over 20000 and then borrowed some very valuable books from my neighbor and never brought them back and they cant be replaced so in my mind they are scam artists.

Great job. Very pleased. It is ridiculous to give a bad review when you didn't hire the company. If you have a problem with one of the drivers, you need to call the owner and complain, instead of attempting to destroy his reputation.
