Customer service here was amazing. We made reservation here then our flight was delayed. We called Mike and he stayed open late to pick us up from the airport and give us our rental. Beautiful car! We had a fantastic time. Highly recommend!
Booked a van for the first time at Ace. However, during booking, the info said unlimited mileage and when signing I was told 100 miles a day for local renters. I was told it was in the fine print. Not the company's fault I think but it should be clearer. Very nice service at the counter though. Local renters be aware and ask questions.
We got exactly the car we booked on our reservation. It was clean and drove comfortable to our destination and back. The company was nice to pick us up ten minutes after waiting at the airport. I would rent from them again.
If I could, I'd give 6 stars. For all who wrote a negative review, I don't believe its possible based on my experience. I waited to get picked up the exact amount of time quoted. I received wonderful, cheerful customer service from Jimmy Ruiz. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and received a nicer car than I booked which was spotless. Couldn't use the rental car out of state but the gentleman that works there was very helped us locate another rental car and dropped us off there. Extremely helpful will use them again.
