Don't believe your quoted estimate for renting with Ace Rent A Car--When our vehicle was reserved, we stated we had the required insurance coverage for the rental and this was reflected in our reservation estimate by email. Proof of this insurance was provided at the time of rental, but they still charged us for insurance. It was a sneaky add on and deceptive! Numerous phone calls have been made to correct this.
