I rented a vehicle from them for 14 days and it was an experience! This place gets 3 stars because of its fleet and customer service. Granted, we know when renting a vehicle it won’t be perfect or new, but we do expect it to be functional and safe. When first arriving at the airport it took about 30 minutes to be serviced because it was busy. This review is of the Fort Lauderdale airport location. This encounter was walk-in. Needed a rental fast. The transaction was smooth. The rep (forgot his name) was pleasant and super efficient. Got us in a car in less than 30 minutes. The minor cosmetic damage on the vehicle was properly noted by the attendant in the garage prior to taking off. The return was quick and easy. The $300 deposit was back in my bank account the next day. My experience with this company was good.
From start to finish, my experience was smooth, efficient, and welcoming. A huge shout-out to a ACE team member, George, who truly went above and beyond during my check-in process. Attendants are extremely rude. Did everything they could to convince me to negotiate direct with them and not through any online sale. I told the lady I had purchased insurance online for my rental she said "I will not give you a car unless you purchase insurance from me". Like she owned the company. I saw a couple beside me get the same type of response. I spoke to a ms. Alma who was incredibly rude treated people like she was doing them a favor by taking their money.
Nina, at the Ft Lauderdale counter, makes my rental experience painless. The pickup and return process has been the quickest for me. They do not hassle me, and Nina always has a great smile and attitude. I'll be back soon. I recommend them! Thanks 🤠
