This was my first time using this car rental company but it definitely won’t be the last. Checking out and dropping off was smooth and efficient. The customer service was also professional and friendly. The price I paid was a bargain when compared to most other car rental companies. I received the exact vehicle that I reserved. Attendants are extremely rude. Did everything they could to convince me to negotiate direct with them and not through any online sale. I told the lady I had purchased insurance online for my rental she said "I will not give you a car unless you purchase insurance from me". Like she owned the company. I saw a couple beside me get the same type of response. I spoke to a ms. Alma who was incredibly rude treated people like she was doing them a favor by taking their money.
Found me a car last minute, rate was amazing, car was clean and awesome to drive. Staff was incredible and even extended my drop off time which allowed a morning visit to the beach and 9 holes before returning. Really easy to get out and return car.
For starters, they rented the car I reserved months ago because my flight was a half hour late. Then they charged me four hundred dollars more, twelve hundred total, for a filthy car that was beset with dashboard alarms, see the photos. This car has low tire pressure on every tire, it is filthy and the machine is demanding other maintenance at 42 K miles.
