ACE aka Charlies Rental Cars do not even deserve one star! Can someone say dishonest, not ethical, scammers, RUDE to the core. Be prepared to be told to shut up when you call to go over your bill. If you respond they just hang up. Be prepared to wait it line for over an hour while employees are talking with one another and not doing what they should be doing. Be prepared to pay double or triple up and above what you were quoted. Scam artist to the core!
