This is a fair warning to make sure you return cars to Ace IMMACULATE or you’ll be charged a bogus cleaning fee. We traveled to LA recently as a family of 5 and enjoyed a nice Californian vacation visiting various beaches. Upon return of the rental car, we made sure to remove all garbage as we always do and leave it as clean as we possibly can. This is my 2nd great experience at this location! There was a huge waiting line when I got there to pick up the car, but it went by quick and and about 5 counters were open. Got a clean Dodge charger, as a managers special, price could be a little bit less. Always remember to bring your insurance for cdw with you if u don't want to be charged. Wow! What a value! I was skeptical at first but as each step progressed I was more satisfied. I got upgraded because of availability. The car was nice and sporty. Some scratches and a smoker’s smell but they did a very good job with noting the condition of the car before I left the lot. The service was smiling and by their style it shows they have been doing this a while. I have my own personal full coverage auto insurance and is why I was able to get such a great deal. My experience was overall pretty great. Minus one star because the representative at the (video) counter failed to mention that I could use my own insurance, rather than paying for their minimum level of coverage, which would have more than doubled the price. Thankfully, I know the laws and was ready with my proof of insurance. If you're renting here, make sure you have a copy of your own auto insurance policy.
