The rental company is great. Stuart was awesome. However, PRICELINE, shows this as an AIRPORT rental. This is not at the AIRPORT. It is in town, please be aware you will need to make adjustments to your schedule.
We decided to rent a car while on vacation in Pensacola beach. Thought we'd have to Uber to rental but they sent someone to pick us up. They are over 20 minutes away. On top of that they took us to airport after we returned the car. In my opinion they went beyond what most places would do. Plus they were very friendly, the car was clean and nice. Great customer service experience!! Was a little bummed at first to find out you had to take a shuttle 15 mins off site to their car lot, but that's not too much time considering lines you wound wait in otherwise at airport... And the red carpet hospitality more than made up for it! Loaded and unloaded our bags into the vehicle for us, and gave us some helpful travel info about the area during the ride. No where near the airport. Waste of time. Stay away. No shuttle service either.
Mistakenly pick this company assuming it was at the airport. it’s not at the airport it’s on the other side of town and with traffic that could be from a 20 minute drive to 40 minute drive. I will say I was absolutely dreading this transaction assuming to be a high pressure sales techniques of add-ons, insurance upgrades, this charge of that charge but NONE of that occurred.
