This is the best car rental place in Orlando.My sister and I were traveling to MCO a month ago and of coarse due to bad weather got delayed many hours. Dave the manager was so helpful when we told him our situation. He was calm and assured us not to worry our car would still be available. Traveling again to MCO I had to add another day to my reservation and of coarse Not A Problem.They are all professional and will make your travel experience a breeze. Mary T.

MY FIRST REVIEW WAS APPARENTLY REMOVED. SCAM ARTISTS MAKE YOU BUY INSURANCE YOU DONT NEED. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. IF YOU SAY NO THEY TELL YOU DONT RENT THE CAR. Don’t rent here!!! They overcharge and vehicles are dirty inside and out! Shuttles are late and manager is not helpful, Chris or David is responsive and both are scammers!!!

Worst experience ever!!!! Overcharged!!! Received car for pick up at 11pm, it took over two hours for shuttle to arrive at airport with over 15 other people that kept calling to get ahold of someone. Received car late and at night so couldn’t see how dirty the outside and inside (backseat had stains) was already. Manager is hardly there and not helpful.
