I undertook the job ready 5 machine course at Traralgon with instructor Andrew. Andrew was very informative and knowledgeable in all machinery involved in the course. Was always checking if we had any questions as we went along and was happy to answer any of them. Was easy going and hands on when giving instructions, pointers and tips to best operate the machinery efficiently and effectively.
I recently completed my forklift licence training here and was fortunate to be taught by Tracy. She was excellent—clear, knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout the process. With over 20 years of industry experience, she shared practical insights and tips that went far beyond just ticking boxes. I came away feeling like I had genuinely learned valuable skills, not just sat through theory and a basic practical. An outstanding trainer—I highly recommend her.
Wow did my 5 machine 5 day licence with Andrew 1st day Anxiety nerves plus. Just wanted to get it over with then from 2nd to 5th day Andrew made it so enjoyable and getting as much training in on each Machine great teacher great bloke loved it glade I give it a go Thanks kindly Ace and your Trainer Andrew 👍
I completed the Forklift training course with Tracy Smith and she was an amazing trainer. Her knowledge and communication was first class. The 2 day course flew by. ACE Training is so lucky to have a trainer/assessor like Tracy. She is a massive asset to their company. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to complete their forklift ticket.
I want to say a big thanks to Al today, for taking the time to run me through my heavy rigid ticket. Showing me the ropes and having such a great knowledge on how to run the truck smoothly. Much appreciated Al and thanks again for all your great work. Couldn't of asked for a better trainer 👍
