Nathan is a great representative for Ace's Garage door. He showed up on time. He was very helpful and he explained everything. I was a little surprised by the cost of the replacement spring but it is thru a home warranty program which is always a crapshoot.
I had a Lift Master opener that I bought in 2003. I thought it was great then. Recently the motor quit working properly and we submitted a claim through the home warranty company. Tarek, the technician inspected it and found that there was a broken part that needed to be replaced. During his initial inspection Tarek pointed out that the opener was technically not up to code. Surprisingly they were able to fix the garage door immediately. Falah fixed it in about 30 minutes. I should have made this call a year ago, lol. Great service, amazing hours of operation, exceptional response time.
Malik show up in less than half an hour , diagnosed the problem took care of what we needed(door was stuck - off track and broken cable)at 10:30 pm. He was so knowledgeable and professional , we asked for a quote to replace the whole door and motor. Excellent price and said they would be able to replace the next day🤗 We recommend ACE for any emergencies like ours.
Malik came today to fix our garage door. He was amazing. He was friendly and fast! I will definitely call Ace’s Garage Door and Installation if I need anything in the future!
