I had a Lift Master opener that I bought in 2003. I thought it was great then. Recently the motor quit working properly and we submitted a claim through the home warranty company. Tarek, the technician inspected it and found that there was a broken part that needed to be replaced. During his initial inspection Tarek pointed out that the opener was technically not up to code. Fallah was great and efficient at getting our garage door fixed. Once the call was made to Ace’s, they dispatched Fallah out to our address in less than 30 minutes. He explained everything he was doing. He was friendly. And most of all very efficient and knowledgeable at his job. Thank you again!

When my garage door broke this morning I was really worried about how long it would take to get it fixed after seeing a friend wait two weeks for theirs to get repaired. I called Ace at 9:55 and they had someone here at 11:15. Falah diagnosed the issue quickly and was ready to get to work. He fixed it quickly and gave us tips on how to reduce the problem. From the time I called to the time he drove away it was two and a half hours. Amazing!

He inspected and provided a up front estimate which was reasonable. Maharani stalled the parts and tuned the door perfectly. Will use again if I ever garage door service.
