I’m a new patient at Acierno and I have been very happy with my experience so far. After moving from the burbs and other life changes I have been in search of a new dentist, I feel like I found a great place. I can’t say enough good things about every person I’ve come in contact with, from the front desk to the hygienists and the doctors, all have equally been welcoming and professional. If you’re looking for a great place to treat your dental needs, I highly recommend this dental practice.
Excellent overall experience! The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. Both the hygienist and the doctor were outstanding—very thorough in their examinations and treatments. They took the time to explain everything clearly along the way, which made me feel informed and comfortable throughout the visit
I got 3 cavities filled here. They weren't communicative about the state of my teeth choosing to sugar coat (ironic isnt it) and leaving me uninformed. The numbing shot wore off early and i was in pain for half my appointment. I then had to go back and have a tooth re done as it caused pain every time i bit down. It has been a month since my appointment and those teeth still ache. This is the type of dental office that has people afraid to go to the dentist. Emily was great. She was nice answered her question took care of every moment I had when I had to cough stop fast and help me best experience I’ve had in a dentist in a long time.
Anna at the front desk is wonderful and so friendly/helpful! She is so patient and so kind! She helped me with my kid’s appointments and helped with some billing questions. Such an asset to the practice! Vicky is top notch! She did a deep cleaning on my teeth and was so patient and gentle! She took the time to explain everything. She is the best! I felt very comfortable in her care! She is a great asset to the practice as well!
