Ackerman Security Rep Brian was absolutely the best! Was on time for installing. Great start! He was very knowledgeable of all equipment and very patient with my wife as she needed a refresher course on working the key pad. He then took the time of setting up the app and waiting patiently as we inputted all info for our family. All in all he was great at providing all and any information we needed.
Steven with Ackerman Security upgraded our outdated home security system and did an amazing job! His knowledge of security systems (competitor’s equipment included) is second to none - only to be outdone by his attention to detail, and work ethic. I was literally amazed watching him work. He spent time going over the entire system and I’m happy to include that everything works flawlessly. Thank you VERY MUCH Steven!
Ackerman technician Alex came out today to install a new panel in my home after I switched back to Ackerman Security. It was not my choice in the beginning to leave Ackerman, but my account was transferred to ADT. Once the opportunity presented itself for me to switch back, it was an easy decision. Alex was polite, thorough, and clearly explained everything he was doing and how to operate the new panel. He was also punctual with his arrival time.
So glad to be BACK with Ackerman!! We were not happy when our account was bought by another company, and we are glad that Ackerman has returned even better than before. Excellent service, great rates, and we know we have returned to above par alarm monitoring service. Welcome home to us! Thank you.
