Completed the transition from ADT to Ackerman Security today. New control panels (see photo) are state of the art! The installer, Steve, was great. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and best of all experienced with the equipment being installed. He upgraded my home and trained me on the new equipment in 1.5 hours. All is working perfectly and our monitoring is activated. Thanks for a seamless transition.

This company has been billing us for over two years and we do not even use them anymore. I have tried forever to stop them from charging us 40.00 a month and they will not stop.
