Completed the transition from ADT to Ackerman Security today. New control panels (see photo) are state of the art! The installer, Steve, was great. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and best of all experienced with the equipment being installed. He upgraded my home and trained me on the new equipment in 1.5 hours. All is working perfectly and our monitoring is activated. Thanks for a seamless transition.
Brian Abbott was very professional, patient & knowledgeable about his work. He was confident & knew exactly what he was doing. The installation took longer than I expected, but he didn’t rush, he just got it done. Never became frustrated and worked at his own pace. I agree completely with Amy who posted a week ago. My experience has been so similar. The only thing that Ackerman/Vector is number one for is ignoring customer concerns. I believe that the smooth-talking saleswoman did her best to distract me so that she could glide over the terms of the contract quickly. The most important man in your employ walked into my home today. The one and only Brian appeared with his cache of tools. He redirected my outside camera so I could see my driveway. My installer Brian, was knowledgeable, personable and professional. He was very efficient in installing the new system and was very helpful in showing me how to set the system up as it applied to the app. His experience in the security arena shows, and he is an excellent representative for Ackerman Security Systems.
