What a fabulous office and amazing staff! Shout out to Katrina for being so patient and thorough. My teeth have never felt so clean. Thank you Dr B for your kindness and expertise. Bringing back my whole family! I was even given this fabulous cup! A++++++++ Feeling blessed to have found them!
Always great visit for cleaning and x-rays. Crystal is always Professional, Polite, Friendly. Dr. Wise-Schaumann always Professional, Friendly, and makes sure teeth healthy and no pain issues. All administration staff great customer service skills. A welcoming family experience. 😁
Everyone says Ackley Dental is the best around, and I got to experience that last Friday. I brought my 5 year old daughter in for her appointment with Fariya. She did AMAZING! So friendly and kind to Blair. My daughter had lots of questions and was nervous but Fariya made her feel so relaxed and comfortable. She put one of her favorite movies in for her, and showed her the pictures of her teeth. When she was all finished she got her little goodie bag with all the dental needs. Went for my first appointment at Ackley dental today. I was so impressed by the friendly, professional, efficient care that I received. The evaluation I received as a new patient was very thorough. Tia was my hygienist and she was fabulous. She took her time, answered all questions with confidence, and exhibited a warm, friensly, and professional demeanor. I had an emergency issue came up late in the day. Nicole and Jasmine were absolutely great! They stayed late with me to make sure I was In good shape before I left. Those two young ladies are awesome. Very much appreciated!!!!
