We had work done by this company several months ago. We didn't realize we hadn't received our 2nd door remote until our 1st one was filtered. Been trying to get that unit or a replacement for 3 days because we are unable to buzz customers into our retail store without it. Numerous calls have been made - none have been answered. Got a car key FOB from the Este Ave office. Reasonable price after asking around a few places. Took 20 minutes. Professional and friendly. Would recommend for electronic car keys. Call to book an appointment first. Technician was ready for me on time.
It’s wild to me that I am here writing a review about a bad experience from 10 months ago that I thought was handled, but has actually come back to haunt me. In June of 2023 I called a contacted Acme through Yelp because I had filled out a “project” request. The request was to unlock a residential doorknob of a basement for a property that I managed. Overpriced and pure greed!! I had a door knob with a broken off key! Which I took off and was will to drop off. The first price I was given was $300!! This was totally unacceptable!!!
