If I can give 0 stars I would this place is infested with rats my grandma who is 94 years old single old woman had her items here and she had to throw away all her belongings that she cherished memories of her life of her husband who isn’t here anymore everything ended in the trash today because it was full of rat feces and pee. All her jewelry that she had trying to pass down as legacy was stolen the whole unit was stolen and trashed and i honestly think it’s the workers. This place is a rat hole leaking roof broken gate broken doors no maintenance but a big price there is a lot of problems with people an homeless no security and no safety some unit left open because of broken roll ups door are falling of the walls an dangerous
I will amit the price is great! You will get what you pay for.. they have the biggest rats living in your stuff... luckily i plastic wrapped some of my stuff. Everything was covered and soaked in rat pee and poop. I had to throw away a lot of stuff that was not wrapped .. i only had my stuff in storage for 5 months! I actually lost a lot of money that i "saved" in this cheap storage. Well my mother has had 2 storage units here for 7 years and we are finally selling, donating and throwing out stuff. The only down side is it's not insulated nor prevents dust from entering. So everything that was in storage had dirt on it but my mother had everything in totes, bags or wrapped so nothing actually got dirty. So if you want to put things in here like Uhaul thinking it will be dust free, look elsewhere. Need to have better security & update their cameras... The operators do live on site and know most the tenants but I feel it isn't the most secure spot to store your stuff. I like how PRICE Self Storage operates it insures everyone in is out and that you are only accessing your unit and area.
