I had a wonderful experience at ACME Mini Storage in Fontana. The staff went above and beyond during my visit. They clearly walked me through all the fees, storage use guidelines, and facility amenities. What I really loved was the friendly, welcoming energy. While walking the grounds, we had a great conversation about our favorite Star Wars movies and shows. It felt like talking to a friend rather than doing a business transaction. The facility is clean, secure, and the customer service is unmatched. Highly recommend!

I was helped by a friendly staff member named Nick. He helped me find a storage rental that fit my needs. The prices here are fair. The facility is clean and I have not had any issues with any animals here. I would recommend ACME Mini Storage to family and friends. Keep up the great work Nick!
Five stars for the easy maneuvering through the complex and the obvious maintenance standard! However a stronger enfaces for the potential renter of the fact that only a barrel lock will work on the door. Unfortunately, the only time I could move my household items into the space was a Sunday, when you learn there is no access to anyone for any help in the event of what may be a real problem for your paying customer.
Nick assisted me, he was great! The facility is very clean and the price is excellent.
