We had the pleasure of working with Erin to rent a property in Durham. She has been amazing and so responsive. Processed our signed lease in 24 hours and we moved in within a week. She sent us a very well made video and we rented this place sight unseen and the place is just as described! Highly recommended.
I had a great experience renting through Acorn + Oak! Heather Ragosta is so great to work with! She helped us get in a place quickly, was always responsive to any questions or issues that we had and followed through on everything that she told us she would do. Also, they did a good job of managing support tickets through their portal. Anytime we had an issue, they were on it! I highly recommend Heather and Acorn + Oak. I would gladly work with them again!
