The tech (Darrell) was very friendly and answered any question that we had. In fact, we requested Darrell because we have worked with him before and appreciated his efficiency and knowledge of the job at hand. He is an asset to your company. We know that the quality of work done or that will need to be done will be exactly what we will get.

Service men were very nice and polite but nothing was done. They just tested the heat coming out of vents. I had thought they were going to clean the ductwork. Almost $300 is a bit high for just looking at it!

I was in need of a new air conditioning system for my house. I called Bill with ACR who promptly came by to determine what I needed. I was given several options to fit my budget along with easy financing. I chose the option best for me which was installed within a few days of speaking with him. I was highly impressed with Luca as he went above and beyond for me. He worked overtime while spending hours in the hot sun during a heat warning. He could have just done a quick fix that wouldn't have lasted. Instead, he did it right all while displaying a good and pleasant attitude. I also want give praise to Tracy in the office for her impeccable customer service. ACR has great employees. I recommend!

They were very friendly and fast. They told us what was wrong with it and gave us two options. We went with fixing everything instead of just replacing the capacitor, even though it was going to cost more money. He replaced the refrigerant, capacitor, filter, as well as some things I’m sure I’m not mentioning. We had A LOT wrong with our a/c which is why we had such a large bill ($630). Well worth every single penny. Highly recommend!
