Gave a client a $12k quote for full unit replacement. Told me the internal computer was completely fried. Not only that, PAID $89 for the quote itself. With it being such a high cost, I called for a second quote. The other company came and fixed an internal issue on the thermostat, let me know the unit is fine, and didn’t charge a dime since it was such a simple fix. Felt like I was scammed earlier by Action Air.
Caden diagnosed my problem quickly. He took care of all the warranty paperwork. Got the part on order and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Super nice and courteous. When the part arrived, Caden and Maddox arrived early, installed the part quickly, and cleaned up. I give both of these guys three thumbs up. Kudos to action air for employing top notch people.
My unit stopped working and I called them and he told me the whole thing is bad and I need a $15,000 unit. I told him I’d get back with them so I called 911 Air and they came out and told me there was nothing wrong with the unit that it fired right up at the board and said it’s my thermostat. I have used action air for both of my houses. For my personal home, we had a whole unit replaced, and they were quick, prompt and did an incredible job. Yesterday, my other home, went completely out on the coldest night of the year. They were here first thing this morning, went all around town to find the exact part to our unit, and fixed it so fast. I will ALWAYS recommend Action Air.
