Worst ABA experience I have ever had! I asked Melanie M. during a meeting for my son (Zach S) how things were going (looking for assurance how they were handling things well because my son has aggressive hyperactive behavior) she started to say maybe we should discuss “a different therapy environment like at home aba” they don’t offer at home services at this location. My son has been with ABC for only about two months. We have already seen so much improvement in his behavior and therefore is willingness to learn new things. He would get so frustrated when he couldn't communicate what he wanted that it turn into a temper tantrum even if what was being asked of him was something he wanted to do. Now his attitude has changed with his frustration levels decreasing by the day. This allows him to learn new skills that have helped him with his communication. We highly recommend the ABC location on old settlers Blvd. We toured a few other locations and none were even close to being a top choice. Our son has been attending the location for several months. In just the first week we saw major behavioral and vocal improvements. The entire staff is friendly and interacts well with my son. We couldn’t be more thankful to having such a great team !
I am so grateful to my sons therapists. In the last few months, we’ve seen major improvements in many different aspects from speech to communications and behavior. Thank you to all of you. Our son attends the one on Old Settlers in Round Rock, TX. WHAT AN AMAZING STAFF! So much compassion and love is shown to our son. The staff has worked wonders with our son and we have seen such an improvement in just the 5 months he has been enrolled! The are so loving and patient with him and push him over the walls that his autism have placed. The communication from the school is beyond what I expected !!!! I highly recommend ACTION BEHAVIOR CENTERS for Autism therapy !!!!!!
