Have been dealing with Action Behavior Center for a few months, and it’s been a very long and what feels like a defeating process with so much back and forth. After a 20 minute call with Andrew from the Mansfield location, I had learned more about this process in 20 minutes than I had learned in 2 months. He left no room for unanswered questions and explained the entire process very thoroughly and made me aware of what to expect and what’s to come. Great service! Everyone is so kind and understanding. Great staff that is dedicated. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend! Also have a hardship program to provide discounts to families based on income and family size. In just 6 weeks not only did we see improvement in aggressive behaviors but friends, family, and church members noticed changes too! We are so thankful for Action Behavior Center!
Very kid friendly! This Center is very clean and effective for individuals with autism I Highly recommend this center for children up to 7 yrs old. The entire Staff are very welcoming and caring. Since enrollment, I have seen Improvement in my childs attention span, focus, social skills, memory, and pretend play. Also a decrease in problem behaviors. We absolutely love ABC so far. Uma, the BCBA for my son, is flat out amazing! Her strive for perfection and veteran experience makes us so confident in her abilities to help our son. She is thorough and extremely knowledgeable about behavioral situations for someone on the spectrum. Unlike centers we've dealt with in the past, she is very involved all day and constantly coaching junior therapists to 1, train them and 2, so that everyone is on the same page.
