We were hesitant to move forward with Action Behavior Center after a horrible experience with another ABA business who was only about insurance payments over proper therapy for the kids. We took the leap and haven't looked back since! Our girl made noticeable progress, and her temperament improved, within the first two weeks!! Her BCBA (Megan) and her team are wonderful and keep us informed daily about our daughter's progress. I love this ABA!!! All the girls that work with Kian are awesome. I trust them with him. He loves going in with them. Alisa Allen, Savanna, & Liam are some of the ladies/Gents that I remember their names, but they are all great.
I’m so happy to have the opportunity to commend Xavia Thompson, who is such an asset to ABC. She is so professional and knowledgeable and helpful while at the same time being super kind and friendly.
