My experience with ABC has been amazing!! The BCBA's and RBT's are really dedicated to ensuring my son is happy and assented to the environment around him. Donette is AMAZING! there and she is the one that keeps the balling rolling and she makes sure she stays on on top of all the kiddos. And, Especially, Octavio! He is always very receptive to anything I tell him and ensures all of my concerns, if any, answered in a timely manner.
We love ABC. We started with ABC at home and when we felt that our son was ready to be in a center we transferred to this location. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming and our 3 year old loves it! Sometimes he doesn’t want to leave. We always get updates and our BCBA is always in communication with us with all updates and responds quickly to our emails. We are completely satisfied!! 😄😄
This center has our highest recommendation. Every one at the center, including the front desk associate, site manager (Donnette), BCBA's and RBT's are extremely professional. This center provides a nurturing environment to the children and keeps the parents well-informed with all updates related to their child. Our child loves going to the center every day, and some days it is hard to peel him away because he loves his team so much. They do not stick to their word and have no respect for the client ! 5 months maybe more even, i was waiting for their new branch in this location! Then they called me i got a tour when they just opened here ! They sent me wrong address finally i found it then i filled out the forms with Ms.Donette i had HISD EVALUATION which was not accepted by them and i said i can bring an other one in 2 weeks because my son already had an appointment in that time with his medical provider and she said okay !!!!
