At Action Defense LLC in Parma Heights our mission is your personal safety, and the safety of those around you. Our Certified Instructors and Range Officers will train you properly to ensure that you are prepared to safely and legally defend yourself and your loved ones with a handgun. While we do offer concealed carry classes, we also understand that guns are not for everyone and we strongly advocate for gun alternative (non –lethal) protection as well.

Doug & Bob’s CCW class was amazing. Between the 2 of them so much knowledge, expertise & real life scenarios were implemented. They both truly care about teaching firearm safety & made it interesting for an entire 8 hours. Couldn’t say enough great things about the CCW program offered through Action Defense & Stonewall.

I had a great experience at my CCW training. It’s a long class but Kyle was a great instructor and really made it an overall fun experience. I learned a lot!.. It’s been a while since I’ve been shooting so I was nervous when we got to range time but Marsha was really reassuring the entire time. She helped me make adjustments for accuracy and safety, that will benefit me in the future. You can tell they all genuinely care about what they do. I learned so much more from Kyle than I thought I'd ever learn in a CCW class. Fantastic experience and super Friendly Staff. Highly recommend Action defense.

Great experience. Kyle was wonderful as the instructor. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and passionate about each person’s safety. I would highly recommend Action Defense.

The class was very informative & educational…. The instructors were very knowledgeable & professional…. Sgt. T & Commander Z… I took notes, and they were always there too answer any questions… This OPOTA certification the state Ohio class was worth the out of pocket expense. Which gave me the opportunity for growth within my security job,, and or within the state of Ohio!!!!Since my security company does not reimburse me for this. Awesome. Job on explaining all topics and teaching me things I did not know which I thought i did . The pizza sucks ! By the way , that needs improvement , kinda cold cold , parking . That’s it on the negative. The staff is great . An I really can’t wait to continue my training.
