He was very personable. He was a kind of a young guy. He was just tring to explain something about the insects. He said it's like a premature ejaculation. I'm like "Oh", and he was like I know that's not a pretty way to explain. I still laugh about it, and I haven't seen him since. I don't now if he's still with the company or if they just paid for him. I wouldn't give them an "A". Ever since then they have been very professional and given us exactly what we wanted.
