Had a full termite inspection and 10 year treatment when we bough our house in the fall of 2011. When we came back form a 4 month extended trip, there were two :casings" in the main room ceiling. Called for an inspection the week of Thanksgiving and was given a late Friday appointment date which was canceled. It went great. They were very professional, very clean, very quick in terms of what they needed to do, and they seem to know their business. It was a very professional, well-put together company and they met all their time commitments. I don't think I'll have to hire them again because it's guaranteed for 10 years so I guess they could be considered to being hired for 10 years when you look at it that way.
After discovering evidence of termites inside our bedroom, I called Action Termite after finding them here on Angie's List. They were able to come out the next day to do an assessment/ inspection. (They actually could have come out the SAME day, but my work schedule did not permit that.) The employee who did the inspection, Jeremy, was very courteous and explained in detail what would be entailed in treating our home. When I found termite tunnels in my bathroom, I was really upset. They did the job quickly and left no problems for me. Having to drill holes around the foundation and on the back patio to insert the pesticide, I was concerned but the holes were fixed to my satisfaction. | | |
I had found some termite tunnels around the base of my home and was looking for a termite treatment company on Angie's List and contacted this company which was highly rated on Angie's list. The staff arrived on time and got right to work. They dug a small trench around the perimeter of my house and applied the material. Then filled in the trench.
