I used it; he showed up on time, very professional and did his job pretty quickly. He was here for about an hour and I have not had any termite issues so far. He was pretty good. I did not like the price, but I would not have liked anybody else’s price. I have not seen any termites yet. I would use them again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. Ithink it went fine although I was not here when they did it and it was donebefore we sold the condo. They were prompt and did what I expect a termite person to do. They were here within days after I purchased the deal. This company left good records of what they had done and they were very tidy. There was nothing negative about what they did.

R.J. was very helpful and informative with the inspection. He was very prompt and courteous with my many email questions. The inspection took place on a Wednesday and the treatment was scheduled that Friday. Richard did the treatment and he was also very courteous and informative. They both seemed to really care about taking care of our concerns. I would recommend Action Termite to my friends and family. <br />

I can't adequately express how pleased I am with the level of service I received before and after. The technician, Mr Corella,was so helpful, friendly, andalways professional. He explained what,why & how he did his job. He helped me move some things away from the structure that I couldn't move by myself. After he applied the termite treatment, he filled in the holes with cement and made sure the area was as neat as before. Work was done promptly and Jesus, the serviceman, was friendly and courteous. At one point while working in the garage area, he asked if I wanted holes drilled in the cement or the pesticide inserted into the expansion joint versus drilling on the cement. Since I had absolutely no idea, I said he was the expert and to do what he thought best. I chose them because of the big deal. They were quick and they did a good job. They did exactly what they said they would at a good price. They were on time and the price was what they had advertised on Angie’s List. I would use them again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. The young man who came to do the job was very professional, courteous and I did not have to watch over him. He did a good job. I let my contract get close to expiring because of a family crisis but theyextended my contract with no price increase so we could continue the service.When we had to move things to let them do thetreatmentthe young man moved them back so they were very helpful in every way. They worked out a treatment plan which wasn't easy because our house is unusual. They were easy to work with and answered our questions. The treatment took about 2 1/2 hours. I will contact them if I see any termites or damage and will schedule my yearly checkup next June, 2014. We are very satisfied and thank Angie's List for the referral. <br />
