The treatment was approximately standard according to the label directions for a building with a concrete slab foundation. The trenching was relatively cursory. However, my home does not have a concrete slab foundation; it has a concrete perimeter footing and a crawlspace, with wood joist floors about 2' above grade, partially supported by concrete piers. The Service Technician was on time, and very polite. He explained what he was going to do and why, provided a drawing (sketch) of the perimeter of the house showing the treatment boring locations, went over the Warranty information. <br />
The gentleman who showed for the estimate was prompt,thoroughandknowledgeableand was able to schedule the treatment for the following week before leaving. The 2 gentlemen who came to do the treatment were professional and left the home clean and just the way they found it. It was a very loud process which I should have guessed. <br />
The technicians arrived on time, explained the treatment and got to work quickly. They did an outstanding job. It has been over two months since our treatment and I have not noticed any additional termite tunnels. <br />

I didnt know what to expect from this until the technician arrived. They drill your concrete surrounding your house every 18" with a 1/2" drill bit and if you have landscape, they trench a few inches down with a pickaxearound the foundation/stem wall to loosen the soil.Then they spray gallons of the Thermidor into the holes and trenches. My 2000 sq foot house took 68 gallons. After the spraying, the tech covers the concrete holes with a cement patch. It doesn't look great on my Cool Deck, but its not his fault either.
