The technicians did a wonderful job and I felt were very thorough. I pointed out areas of concern and they listened and then addressed each concern. They were very neat, and the treatment went very well. Holes were drilled in concrete areas around my home for the treatment to penetrate, they filled the holes after applying and they are barely noticeable. There was a problem but they took care of it. We have a 10 year warranty so if we see any termites, we'll give them a call.
I was unable to use the deal, however the company was fine I was just not going to be available to have the work done due to medical issues. They were helpful, it was just my inability to be available for them.

My house is about 15 years old now, and the original treatment that the house had was worn off, same as several of the houses in the subdivision. It worked well. He did a very through inspection and treated everything. I would use them again in the future.
Once it was agreed to proceed, Action Termite was able to schedule and complete the work within about ten days.The technician was timely arriving; then he thoroughly explained what he was going to do in all areas as there were different issues such as landscape rock. concrete, pavers for extensive patio area, and expansion joints between concrete slabs and the home itself.
