I received a confirmation email and call within hours of purchasing the deal on Angies List. After the initial contact we scheduled the service within 3 days, definataly timely. Alex was very courteous and thoughtful. They did a thourough and curteous job. Although many purchase for the warranty, I purchased for the great service and exceptional quality. Great Bargain.

Brian arrived on time and did a nice clean job, repairing all drill points and cleaning up after himself.
They were good. We liked them. We would recommend them.They were competent and the price was competitive. We have to wait for the follow up. Within the year they will do a follow up to seeif the treatment was effective. They knew what they were doing but we have to see if any termites return. Hopefully their work was good.
We called a few companies to get quotes and decided to go with Action Termite Control. The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and was very sympathetic to our situation. When we purchased our home about 2 years ago and were told that we had a termite warranty. We called the company through which we had the warranty. Estimator was on time and thorough. Applicators were pleasant, cooperative and thorough.
A family member noticed termite "tubes" in our garage and suggested that we have the property inspected and treated for termites. As a realtor, she provided us with two recommended service providers. At the same time, we received an Angie's List offer via e-mail for treatment by Action Termite. Action's price was lower and guarantee was longer than the service provider's to whom we had talked, but the offer was limited to homes smaller than ours.
