I wasn't impressed with them at all.
They canceled 2 times at the last minute
No service
I bought the one time pest treatment through Angie's list. I worked with this company in the past and had my entire property knocked down with chemicals to get all the pests. This time, they would not do it. They just sprayed the house perimeter. I asked for my yard/property to be knocked down with chemicals as I had done in the past. They would not do it.
I have had this company under contact for over 5 years. They have yet to solve my termite issues. Under warranty they chase them from one place in the house to another. I am really disappointed to see them with a A rating. I got on line to switch to Thermidor but when I saw the company I am firing I think I will get another option

THEY GAME OVER SURVEYED THE PROBLEM, RECOMMENDED WHAT SHOULD BE DONE. AGREED TO HAVE IT DONE. STILL HAD A PROBLEM A WEEK LATER CAME RIGHT BACK FIXED THE PROBLEM. HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE THEN.
The initial treatment seemed to go fine, but we've since had numerous follow-ups just to take care of our termite issue. The techs that come out are always very friendly and professional. The receptionist that you reach when calling for appointments is about as rude and brusque as would seem possible for someone that is employed within a customer service role.
