They were on time. They did an inspection then consulted with me on what they needed to do and why. They did an excellent job on the work, clean up and communicating with me on what they were doing.
Brent came out to give me a quote for termite and pest control. I was more worried about the termites but figured I would hear them out for what they can offer. Brent was phenomenal he was able to explain the entire process, point out issues I had, and explained how the "warranty" works. I went with the more expensive thorough treatment which is what other companies suggested as well. The 5 year warranty is a 5 year warranty not additional costs at all within the 5 years, no yearly maintenance cost.
The final product looks good and functional. <br />
