Overall, went well. They arrived about five minutes after the indicated two hour window, but they did call and indicate when they were on their way. No big deal. The two gentlemen did the pigeon extraction and fenced in the area to prevent the pigeons from reappearing. The service was professionally done.
Treatment was completed timely and efficiently after the order was made via Angie's List. The technicians were very professional . They called ahead of arrival; once onsite, explained everything they were going to do, invited us to observe the techniques they were using, and completed the work within the time estimated.

I was trying to manage this long distance. Service was excellent and professional and personable. I appreciated the person who was sent out to do the estimate getting to this job so quickly, calling me in a timely fashion, being so friendly, and assisting me with whatever discounts he could give me. The next day the technicians were out there in a timely fashion and got the job done. I had someone check on the house afterwards to make sure it was all cleaned up, and it was beautifully done.
