<p>I hired Mastertech to discourage the pigeons from roosting under the eve of our house. Others people had tried to discourage the birds but the folks that came out did not do the job properly.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Brian the owner from Mastertech Pest Control sent Sean to our home on Nov 13th. Sean came as promised and after a 1/2 hour he had power washed all the bird droppings, cleaned out the gutter removing bird droppings and nesting material, that had been left by the prior person. It took longer than expected but they kept me informed and I had no scheduling problems so it wasn't a problem. <br />
Serviceman arrived promptly and treated the affected area. He then checked the house thoroughly inside and out for any other signs of infestation. He instructed me on termite habits and showed me what to look out for. I will get an inspection next year at no charge. Very easy people to do business with, and I appreciated their professionalism. <br />

<strong>I was offered a 5 year warranty for a price ! It turns out it is not 5 years it is only 4 years !!!<br /> <br /> should be sold as additional 4 years !</strong>
Guy (company representative) was professional and explained process. We don't have any termite activity, but neighbors have had recent issues so we decided to go ahead and treat. We signed 10 year plan with Action Termite.Guy was on time and worked efficiently to complete treatment. He provided a lot of information and answered all our questions. <br />
