The installer who initially arrived was prompt and professional. He power washed the area where there were bird droppings. However, when he showed us the length of the wire deterrent that he would be installing based upon the special offer we purchased, we realized it would not be sufficient. The cost to add the additional product was excessive, in our opinion. Plus, the ladder that the installer brought was not long enough to reach the area above our front porch where the birds nest. During process of selling my home, the inspector found termites in the garage area. I called Action Termite Control to treat the home and to provide a one year warranty for the buyer of my home. The office staff was very friendly and scheduled an appointment based on what worked best for my schedule. The technicians were prompt, polite, efficient and professional. The final report and invoice were presented on the spot. <br /> I would use them again in the future. <br />

It ended up becoming a bigger job than just 350 bucks. They charged us extra because because we decided to include all the parameters around the house instead of the package which included just a small portion of the house. The service was decent.
