Very knowledgeable and efficient rep. He answered all my questions about termites. The different species in this area. How they propagate and what they eat. Also, how the termidor works. The cost for this treatment is very reasonable, and the product that they use has been proven. He also told me to keep the dogs inside away from the product for another two hours, which is very considerate. I would recommend this company to anyone having problems with termite infestation. The whole process was seamless, from scheduling to the services being performed. Erica answered my questions when I scheduled, I was called a 1/2 before my appointment time so that I could meet Adam at the residence and not have to spend the 2 hour window waiting for his arrival, Adam was on time, professional, courteous and fast. He provided tips so that I was not spending my money on services that were not needed. Will be using in the future, and would definitely recommend.
