On time, professional and efficient. <br />
Jordan showed up on time and was professional and thorough. Prior to the treatment I had found one black widow outside the front door and was beginning to see/hear crickets and one humongous roach. That was enough for me. Post-treatment (over a month now), I have seen/heard nothing inside the house. I have found numerous dead crickets and other assorted bugs outside the perimeter of the house - which tells me the application did exactly as was intended. I will probably be signing up for their bi-monthly service. <br />
