The inspector came the day after I purchased the service. Bill was prompt, explained what he was going to do and answered my questions. He was kind, patient and professional. I was happy with the job he did and the cost of the work. The 10 yr. warranty was a big plus. <br />
Tom was very professional and courteous. He explained the services that he performed and took the time to answer my questions. I would highly recommend Tom at MasterTech for your pest control needs! <br />
They always do a great job. They're personable, attentive and if we have any concerns that need to be addressed since the last treatment they're eager to get it attended to promptly. Also, we have several animals on our property that might be susceptible to the chemicals like koi fish, parakeets, etc. and they're always very conscientious to not let over-spray affect any of them. <br />
