I received exemplary service!! I called several companies to see who was capable of providing the required termite inspection report for my mortgage lender. I was surprised to find out that many pest control and even termite "expert" companies did not do this! Called last week, and they were able to arrive this week, as requested. Very knowledgeable about getting rid of insects. Set up ongoing monthly service, as requested at mutually agreeable times. <br />

WENT GREAT. TOM IS AWESOME. VERY PERSONABLE. VERY KNOWLEDEABLE ABOUT BUGS. HE MADE RECOMMENDATIONS ON HOW TO AVOID BUGS INSIDE THE HOME. TOM WAS ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN COMPLETING HIS PEST TREATMENT SERVICES. EXPLAINED THE BILLING PROCESS AND WHAT TYPE OF PEST CONTROL SERVICE WOULD BE RECOMMENDED TO KEEP PEST UNDER CONTROL. I called the office and set a same day service. Jason called before he came to let know he would be here in an hour. Jason came in and shook my hand. He asked me some question and did a very throuro inspection of the area I was seeing ants. He was very nice and friendly. He spoke to me about the ants and what they look for and what they like. I had a bees in a corner, just outside my front door. It was very large, about 25,000 bees from what I was told. Not only was the price great but the technician, Jason was fantastic! He explained everything, as well as, how to prevent this from happening in the future. He really took his time and did a wonderful job. I would very highly recommend Jason, if you can request him and Master Tech as a company. I see why they are so highly rated on Angie's List. <br /> <br /> <br />

The gentleman came out. Detected where the bees were coming in from and got rid of the hive outside. He was courteous and came right away. <br />

Tom was nice and professional and he answered all of my questions and left me with several suggestions to minimize any further "pest" activity after the initial first week of increased sightings resulting from the service. <br />
