Today was just an estimate, but from the first phone call last week with Brent to the meeting with Ryan today, it has been a good experience. They were very informative about everything, and very up front with recommendations and prices. They were not pushy at all and obviously very hard workers. The services performed in May of 2014 by the inspector, Paul Balthazor, were excellent. Very professional and thorough from what I could tell. He and an associate spent nearly an entire day drilling and applying Termidor HE. All seemed well and I was pleased with their service until the following occurred. On 5/26/2015, I received a call from 623.5xx.8906 and what sounded like an elderly woman claiming to represent Action Termite Control.
